Strategic Foresight

Strategic foresight, or futures analysis (or la prospective in French) is one of my primary expertise. I would define it as the state of mind that leads you to account for a longer time horizon and a broader set of trends and phenomena in your decision-making process. This is of interest to all types of activities and industries. My recent book, Architects of Change, discusses the topic at length.
