Training Change-Makers in the Age of Chaos

How do you train future change-makers and leaders in this chaotic and incredibly ideological and dogmatic landscape? This is a question I hold dear, as I myself try to tackle it every day as the scientific director of the SASI Master's at HEC Paris -- a program that aims at training change-makers looking for new, sustainable business models. I've tried to provide some food for thought in this recent column, as well as during this event and in this very short column (among others).

This is, as well, at the heart of my newest book, Architects of Change: Designing Strategies for a Turbulent Business Environment, which discusses how we can strive for impact in a complex landscape  and make a difference.

It is, as well, the guiding thread of my MOOC, Anticipating Your Next Battle, in Business and Beyond.
